Planning Your #OTOMTG20 Experience Over the Next Six Weeks

The first three days of the AAO-HNSF 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting & OTO Experience have pushed the door wide open to the education content and networking opportunities that await you. #OTOMTG20 spans across six full weeks giving you access to both live presentations and on-demand content. And once a live session is presented, within 72 hours of presentation, it will then become available in the on-demand education library of content so that you never miss an opportunity to catch a topic of interest to you.

Built to be a convenience to your demanding practice and patient schedule, balanced with your personal life obligations as well, you will be able to engage in the Virtual Meeting at your own pace. And even more appealing is the fact that most of the content from #OTOMTG20 will be available to registered attendees for three years on the AAO-HNSF education platform, OTO Logic.

As we begin the last day of the first three days of this historic Virtual Annual Meeting, here is some helpful information as you plan for the next six weeks.

  • Education: In addition to both live and on-demand education being offered through the end of the Virtual Annual Meeting (October 25), each week will offer new networking opportunities and specialty-themed tracks.
  • Office Hours: Live Q&A, video, and chat functions will allow attendees to connect with peers, faculty, abstract presenters, and exhibitors from around the globe to discuss pressing issues in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery.
  • Industry Thought Leadership Series: Available via live and on-demand sessions, this new offering for #OTOMTG20 provides the opportunity for industry leaders to share new frontiers in otolaryngology.
  • OTO Experience: Our industry partners will stay connected via their exhibit booths in the OTO Experience. Explore cutting-edge otolaryngology products and services and meet with exhibitors in their booths. Watch videos, download informational materials, and chat directly with our industry partners.
  • Academy Central: Academy staff will be available to answer your questions related to AAO-HNS/F programs and services. Featured booths include ENThealth, Legislative and Health Policy Advocacy, ENT PAC, Member Resources, OTO Logic and CME Information, Reg-entSM, Research and Quality, and Welcome to Los Angeles.

With plenty of ways to engage and earn the more than 300+ CME available, we look forward to seeing you on the Virtual Annual Meeting platform throughout the rest of September and into October.  Below is a highlight of the upcoming specialty-focused weeks with each week providing new live education and networking events:
